Monica Rawlek Elizondo

Monica Rawlek Elizondo is the External Affairs Manager at Cardus, working out of the Ottawa office. She holds an BA (Honours) in Philosophy, focusing on Human Rights and Public Affairs from Trinity Western University. Monica is a dual citizen of Mexico and Canada, proudly hailing from the small town of Williams Lake BC. 

When not working, writing, or philosophizing, Monica enjoys meeting new people, cooking extravagant meals for friends, biking, and attending as many jazz concerts Ottawa has to offer.
