While religious freedom is regarded as a human right, workplaces are most likely to simply enforce a basic tolerance. 

But rather than simply tolerate, organizations would be wise to provide a work environment where staff can fully live out their religious beliefs, Cardus Vice President of External Affairs Brian Dijkema tells Talent Canada.
