Cardus president Michael Van Pelt was interviewed on CBC Radio's As It Happens March 2nd, talking about a 2006 Cardus paper he co-wrote with director of research Ray Pennings, Replacing the Pan-Canadian Consensus. Michael talks about the prescience of that analysis, now almost half a decade old, and argues for Canada's need to invest in its charitable sector in the March 4th federal budget.
