Ontario needs school choice

Most people don't realize just how unusual the province's entire education system is.

"Ontario is one of five provinces that does not support parents who chose independent schools," Cardus senior fellow Deani Van Pelt and Jason Clemens write. "These schools are often designed around a diversity of educational philosophies and arise from local communities working together to respond to identified student needs."
