N.S. child-care spaces to be cut to $10 a day by 2026 with new funding deal

The federal and Nova Scotia governments have announced a new deal to heavily subsidize some types of daycare. Activists are applauding, but Cardus Senior Fellow Andrew Mrozek told the Chronicle Herald the new deal won't help most families and could be counter-productive.
