Canadians concerned with medically-assisted dying bill: poll

A new poll shows Canadians continue to support medical assistance in dying (MAiD) but have concerns about expanding the bill. 

"The Angus Reid poll, commissioned by Cardus, a non-partisan faith-based think tank, finds 69 per cent of Canadians are concerned that an expanded MAiD will lead to people with mental health issues like depression choosing death rather than dealing with the underlying causes of their condition."
