British Columbia's “universal” daycare doesn’t serve the interests of most B.C. parents

B.C. says help is on the way because the province has committed $1.3 billion to "universal" child care through 2022. But the money is going to the wrong areas, says Peter Jon Mitchell, Acting Program Director for Cardus Family. The reality is B.C. parents are using more diverse forms of child care than just centre-based care.
