Geoff is the Chief Executive of the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (NESTA) in the UK (http://www.youngfoundation.org/about-us/people/general-/-all/geoff-mulgan). He has been involved in teaching at University College, London and the London School of Economics and has served as a fellow at MIT. Formerly he was the CEO of the Young Foundation in London and has been a Policy Director for Tony Blair and Chief Advisor to Gordon Brown, in addition to helping start and lead the think tank Demos. His formal qualifications include a PhD in telecommunications.
