Bradley Miller: Natural Law, Justice, and the Concept of Harm

Dr. Miller has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of constitutional law and philosophy of law. He earned his law degree from the University of British Columbia, went on to complete a Master of Laws at the University of Edinburgh, followed by a Doctorate in Philosophy at Oxford.

For the last several years, Dr. Miller has been a professor of law at the University of Western Ontario. This summer he took up a position as a Visiting Fellow in the James Madison Program in American Ideals at Princeton University. He is the first Canadian legal scholar appointed to this prestigious program.

Prior to teaching law at the University of Western Ontario, Dr. Miller practiced constitutional litigation in Toronto. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, and before the Supreme Court of Canada.
